To consign anything to sell the following rules will apply
We take clean marketable merchandise by appointment only, please call before bringing anything
to sell to make sure we have room for it. All consignments must be at our facility no later than Thursday @ noon, we do not
have room to store items for future auctions. All merchandise must be free of all liens and debt and you must be the legal
owner in order to sell the merchandise. All merchandise is marked when it comes in the door with your personal lot number.
We will sort the merchandise and sell it in a mannner that will bring the most money possible. Please keep in mind there are
times when we must group multiple items together to obtain a bid. Any merchandise not selling, will be disposed of at our
discretion. All commission checks with tickets describing each item sold are normally mailed no later than the following
Monday of the sale.

We have all sizes
of trucks and trailers available for pickup & delivery. We can haul a complete housefull or an individual item. We will
pickup or deliver local or long distance. Prices are negotiable depending on the mileage and size of load.
There is no charge for coming to a local location and evaluating what you have to sell, and making
our recommendation for the best way to liquidate your assets. Several things must be considered in an onsite auction. Is there
enough parking, are there enough items to draw a crowd, is there enough room to properly display the items for sale,
concessions, advertising, restrooms, labor to setup and conduct the auction, etc. All of these issues are discussed at our
evaluation meeting. We will then determine if it would be better to sell onsite or haul the merchandise to our facility to
All negotiated charges for any of our services are taken out of the gross sales. There are no upfront charges or
out of pocket expenses required unless negotiated prior to the auction.
